Rose Payne

Rose leads on the delivery of projects and policy and advocacy activities that seek to shape the digital policy landscape. Previously, she worked for the International Chamber of Commerce, the GSMA’s AI for Impact team, and the United Nations Capital Development Fund’s Inclusive Digital Economies team.

She holds an MSc in Social Sciences of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
