Advocacy Bytes: ITU-T Study Group 13

Advocacy Bytes is a series of case studies of civil society groups engaging in Internet governance processes. It records the tactics used, challenges faced and lessons learned from this engagement, with the aim of supporting more strategic and effective future engagement by human rights defenders.

This particular case study focuses on Study Group 13 within the Standardization Sector of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T), whose mandate is shaped at the quadrennial World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA).
