GPD seeks external consultant to evaluate project on disinformation and human rights

Global Partners Digital is seeking to contract an external evaluation consultant to conduct a final evaluation of a project focused on promoting rights-respecting approaches to tackling disinformation.

The project—which has the overall goal of ensuring responses to tackle disinformation in Sub-Saharan Africa are in line with international human rights standards—is coming to an end in December 2023, and GPD is seeking applications from external consultants to conduct a final evaluation of the project’s lifetime.
