Cybersecurity and cybercrime policy for human rights defenders (webinar series)
The following three video-presentations were developed as part of a training for human rights defenders on cybersecurity and cybercrime policymaking processes.
They aim to familiarise human rights defenders with the definitions of cybersecurity and cybercrime, the relevant policy processes and the multistakeholder approach to cybersecurity policymaking. It is hoped that these videos provide a useful introductory overview of these topics for any human rights defenders interested in engaging in cyber policy.
Each webinar consists of a 20-minute video presentation which includes a voice-over presentation and accompanying slides.
- Webinar 1: Cybersecurity and cybercrime: definitions and processes
- Webinar 2: Cybersecurity, Cybercrime and Human Rights
